For overnight guests: Please review bed inclusions. Excess guests can bring tents/hammocks. Bed capacity is not equal to place capacity. Also, please secure your food at night as some animals might eat them (place them inside the cabinet in the kitchen).

TRANSPO. A portion of the road is not yet cemented, LOWERED cars are not advisable.

FOOD. Bring your own food; we don’t serve meals (no room service/restaurant). You can also cook and grill. No refrigerator but we have an icebox. Butane, firewood, and charcoal are available.

PORK BAN: You CANNOT bring pork/lechon from Davao to Samal. Please buy from Samal Island.

UTENSILS: Budjong bookings include utensils. Taklobo bookings DO NOT include utensils (please bring your own).

NON-EXCLUSIVE: Areas are assigned but some areas will still be shared (bathtubs, cliff jumping area).

SAFETY: Swim at your own risk. Windows in the bedroom are big, please watch over your children when inside the rooms. We will not be held liable for any accidents.

VIDEOKE: To keep the serene atmosphere, videoke is NOT allowed for non-exclusive bookings. However, it is allowed for exclusive bookings.

AMENITIES: NO WIFI (you can use your own mobile data - signal is strong). We now have electricity and a generator. Pets are allowed; please clean up after them.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Must be done at least 7 days before the date. Downpayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling on short notice will be charged a fee.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please pay ₱1,000 to our caretaker when you arrive. He will return it after your stay if everything is okay and nothing is broken/missing.

RULES: CLEAN AS YOU GO • NO LITTERING • NO FISHING / DO NOT TAKE SEA CREATURES OUT OF THE WATER (SHELLS, STARFISHES, ETC) • NO BONFIRES • NO CONFETTI
